Wonderful location and helpful staff

I stayed in a well-situated location near major attractions. The staff offered helpful tourist tips and provided turkish coffee. The hotel is near Sofia Hagia and the Blue mosque. I appreciated the warm welcome from the manager, Farooq, and his guidance throughout my stay. He was helpful even after I left the hotel.

The air conditioning UNIT was quite noisy, made sleeping difficult at times.

the staff were very cute. they were available for everything we needed! the room matched the pictures exactly. our stay was very pleasant. i really appreciated the helpful staff and the clean rooms, i definitely will recommend it.

i found the staff very attentive. they offered helpful advice about local attractions. i appreciated the plentiful coffee and tea available in the lobby. the air conditioning worked very well, a blessing during a warm time.
